DelSignore Blacktop Paving Inc. has been serving the Heavy Highway Industry, including NYS Department of Transportation, Massachusetts Department of Transportation, and Vermont Agency of Transportation, for over 20 years. Our projects include mill and fill resurfaces, reclamation, reconstruction, road widening and construction of new roundabouts and more.

We remain current with the ever changing specifications and technologies as we move forward in the 21st Century, keeping in mind our environment for future generations to come.

One of our first notable NYSDOT projects was the I-87 Fly-Over Bridge project for the Crossgates Mall in 1993 where we performed site work for the entrance and exit ramps for the Fly-Over Bridge and paving of the I87 North-bound lane from Western Avenue to the I-90 entrance ramp.

Another was re-paving of Route 149 from Queensbury to Fort Anne which was approximately a 7 mile project in 1995. We continued over the past two decades to some of our most current projects including the Intersection Improvement on Route 4 and Blooming Grove Road in North Greenbush, Round-abouts on Route 4 at Couse Corners in East Greenbush, on Route 67 at Hermes Road in Malta, in Colonie on Johnson Road, and two in Manchester, VT. We at DelSignore continue to be a leading force in the heavy highway industry.
